Bolzoni Auramo have always been market leader in the field of the hook-on sideshifters. Extensively used by the Forklift dealers and approved and fitted as original equipment by the major OEM's.
The Bolzoni-Auramo HN Sideshift has a very positive response from market, which can be put down to a combination of excellent engineering, simplicity of installation and rugged construction. The new model has significant improvements compared with the previous unit.
VISIBILITY is improved by 21% and represents a benchmark in the field.
Specific care has been devoted to the design of the UPPER BAR which integrates in one single piece the mobile upper hook and the fork carriage bar. This very compact design gives the following advantages:
- lower weight (- 9% in comparison to the previous model),
- extremely robust construction,
- easier servicing and installation.
UPPER SLIDING PADS have an increased thickness for a longer life.
This feature is further enhanced by the pads being completely protected from water and dirt and by the inclusion of grease nipples.
The LOWER PADS are also thicker and equipped with grease nipples. - The new adjustable lower hooks have an innovative design to allow a safe and easy installation. The hook has a slot to allow vertical adjustment to compensate for the wear on pads and is coupled to the sideshifter frame on a "sloped" surface which keeps it its fixed position.
The installation is very easy thanks to the handling hook fixed to the upper bar.
The CYLINDER with double rod gives an equal sideshifting speed in both directions. It can be quickly and easily disassembled for improved maintenance.
